What we collect

We collect account details such as email address, subscription state, support messages and payment status. Brella does not track browsing activity or store VPN activity logs, including browsing history, DNS requests or destination IP logs.

No VPN activity logs

Brella is designed not to create traffic logs. If a request concerns browsing activity records that we do not hold, there are no traffic logs to provide.

Diagnostics and retention

Operational diagnostics are limited to service reliability, abuse prevention and account support. Account and payment records are kept only as long as needed for access, billing, dispute handling, security and legal obligations.

How we use data

Account data is used to provide access, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests and maintain service reliability.

Privacy rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal data where applicable under UK, EU and other local privacy laws.
