Service use

Brella VPN is provided for lawful personal browsing, travel and device protection. Users must not use the service for fraud, abuse, attacks or illegal activity.

Subscriptions

Plans may be monthly, quarterly or annual. Prices are shown at checkout in the selected currency before payment. Taxes or VAT may be included or added at checkout depending on the payment provider and region.

Renewal and cancellation

Access continues while the subscription is active. If automatic renewal is enabled, the plan renews at the displayed billing period unless cancelled before renewal. After cancellation or failed renewal, access may stop at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed by support according to payment-provider rules, local consumer laws and account usage. Contact support with the payment email and order details.

Devices

Paid plans include protection for up to 10 personal devices unless a specific plan states otherwise.
